I truly am at a loss for words after opening an email from Tanja this morning. My heart, my prayers are with the family and Heaven now has a beautiful angel among them. God bless, T.L The Note Hi, I am writing this little note to you from above and it is filled with all my smiles and my love. Donâ??t cry for me I am happy you see no more pain and no more suffering I am an angel now walking on streets of Gold and I know my life story will forever be told I know you will miss me and I will miss you too but God said I have things here now I need to do I am not alone you see I have other angels here just like me. I gave a good fight with all my might but it was time for me to go, please know I love you so. I have pretty wings that are really neat and I got to meet Jesus and kneel at his feet. Jesus is so nice and he holds my hand as we walk around Heaven meeting new friends. When you think of me please donâ??t cry but I want you to know I will never hurt again or even grow old. I laugh and I play on streets of gold. Someday when your time comes and you come here too I promise I will stand at the pearly gates to meet and greet you. I am a real angel now and I am always close by so please smile for me and donâ??t cry. I promise I will see you again, my family and all my friends. I am sorry I had to go, but angels have things to do ya know. I love you so much this I need you to know. Oh I hear Jesus calling I must hurry, I need to go. Our love, our memories will never fade, I promise I will see you again someday. A gently breeze against your cheek or a butterfly passing you by is my way of saying I love you and please donâ??t cry. Well I must end this note now with a kiss, a hug and all my love, Signed, your angel from up above. P.S. You know whatâ??s really neat? I can still feel all your love! By T.L. Moore

Sweet angel, may you rest in peace. What a story, what a heroe, you are an inspiration to all. I am so deeply touched. You came here to make a statement and leave a mark and so you have. The Lord blessed you with the best possible parents to care for you while visiting but that time has come for you to to depart to heaven where angels live. Keep smiling and don't stop singing. Your voice and your smile will remain in my heart forever and so will your story.

My heart goes out to the Reyes family today and always. Our lives were blessed with the opportunity to know and love Valeria and her passing is a reminder to appreciate each day as fully as possible. Love especially to Maximo, my former camper. Sunrise Day Camp will be there for you all now and always!

We wanted to send our deepest sympathies to your family. We were so fortunate to meet Valeria and your family while staying at the RMH in NYC. Our son was treated at MSKCC, but unfortunately passed away two years ago. You will remain in our thoughts and prayers in the days, weeks, months and years to come. I am saddened for your family, as it is us that continues on here on earth, waiting for our journey to once again be with our children, but we rejoice for beautiful Valeria, who is now whole, pain free and perfect! With love, and tears, Jim and Dawn Runde www.jamesrunde.com

To Angel Valeria, You now will no longer need to suffer and you are in a better place. I'm sure that my daughter, Devon Marie Lam, is already helping you get adjusted. She went to Heaven on Dec 5, 2008. To the Reyes Family, I will pray for you to have the strength to move forward. I know it will not be easy but know that God has an answer for Valeria. HE has better plans for her in Heaven. I am a supporter of the Friends of Jaclyn Foundation because it gave my daughter quality of life. Her team gave her love, support, and friendship. It also taught me to move forward. I had 25-30 student athletes and their families looking for me for answers on how to move forward. I hope you can do the same. When Devon passed away, I had 2 choices. One choice was to do nothing and mourn her death. The other choice was to do something and honor her life. I choose to honor her life each and every day. I hope you can choose to honor Valeria's wonderful life. There are so many people who are looking towards you for answers. Stay strong . With much admiration, Danny Lam www.caringbridge.org/ny/devonlam

Dear Reyes family, I am so sorry to hear about Valeria's passing but she is at peace now and completely healed. We met in NY ages ago when my Owen just started treatment. We lost him 12 weeks ago now so I can feel your pain. I am thinking of you all, especially the boys and we are praying for you especially tonight. Stay strong, as you have stayed strong all these years. With love, Karin (www.caringbridge.org/visit/owenlea).

Valeria and her family- I only met you a few times but within moments of being in your presence I felt more warmth, strength and love than ever before. You are an inspiration to me. During the time I met you I was going through things in my life that I let beat me down and then I heard your story and met you and your family and thought if you all could smile through this then what do I have to be upset about. You all have changed how I look at the world and have changed my attitude on life. I mean every word I say from the bottom of my heart, you truly are an inspiration to me. God bless the entire Reyes family. RIP Valeria, you are forever in my heart.

I will carry her with me always. Thank you for sharing the beautiful ray of sunshine that is your daughter with our volleyball team. You have such open hearts and your family is incredible. Our little sister, our seventh man, is an angel like no other. Love, Allie
